Cancellation Policy

Scheduled Activities (Daily Tours)

• More than 24 hours before activity: Full refund or reschedule
• Less than 24 hours before activity: 100% charge
• No-show: 100% charge

We will always try to accommodate changes where possible, subject to availability.

Private Groups, Corporate & Custom Programs

Due to advance planning, staffing, transport, and accommodation commitments:

• 30–50% deposit required to confirm

• More than 14 days prior:
Deposit retained, remaining balance refunded

• 7–14 days prior:
50% of total booking cost charged

• Less than 7 days prior:
100% of total booking cost charged

• No-show:
100% charge applies

Date changes are treated as cancellations and subject to the above terms.
Final group numbers must be confirmed in advance and cannot be reduced within cancellation periods.

Payment Terms

• Full payment required for scheduled activities
• Private/group bookings require a deposit to confirm
• Remaining balance due prior to activity (or as agreed)

Payments accepted via bank transfer, QR / PromptPay, and online payment (where available).
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).

Timing & Arrival

Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time.
This allows time for check-in, equipment fitting, and safety briefing.

Late arrivals may miss the safety briefing, have reduced activity time, or be unable to participate.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may be considered a no-show.

No refunds will be provided for missed activities due to late arrival.

Weather & Force Majeure

Activities operate in tropical outdoor conditions and continue in light rain.

Activities may be modified, delayed, or paused due to:
• Strong winds
• Heavy rain
• Lightning proximity
• River conditions

SUP Hire Thailand reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to safety, weather, government restrictions, or operational reasons.

If we cancel:
• Full refund, or
• Reschedule, or
• Credit valid for 12 months

Customer cancellations due to weather are subject to standard cancellation terms.

Participation & Safety

All participants must attend a safety briefing, follow instructions, and complete an Acceptance of Risk form.

Participants must be physically fit and disclose any relevant medical conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove participants who are:
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Medically unfit
• Acting in an unsafe manner

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

SUP weight limit: 130 kg
Under 18s require parent or guardian consent

Liability

SUP Hire Thailand holds Public Liability Insurance.

We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or for loss or damage to personal belongings.

​

Personal Belongings

Storage may be available; however, all items are left at the owner’s risk.
Items taken on activities remain the participant’s responsibility.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of all guests.
Personal information is used solely for delivering our services and is not shared with third parties.
