Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet been shipped

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Item received is damaged

• Item received is incorrect

 

Conditions:

• Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

 

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days depending on payment provider

 

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we cover return shipping costs

• For all other cases, customer is responsible for return shipping costs
